Whether you are an avid athlete or new to working-out (like me), Cameron is your trainer! I have been training with him for a little over a year (a combination of personal training and bootcamp), and have seen significant gains in my physical health (toning, weight lost, and energy level). Unlike other trainers, Cameron works with his clients to create personalized training routines, and teaches them how to do each exercise correctly without injury. He also listens to the specific needs of his clients, and modifies based on their individual skill level. When I first started training with Cameron, I could barely squat without losing my breath.
