I’m a certified personal trainer through the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association. I’ve been helping people burn away fat and build muscle since late 2012. I’ve trained in a big box gym for years and begun an outdoor boot camp in 2017. Now I am training clients independently in the upper north shore of Sydney Australia. Since I’ve been in Australia, I’ve added basketball coaching to my skill list as I work with a 3rd grade boys team, a 4th grade girls team, and a 7th & 8th grade girls team.
